The Best Garden Shed Ever

January 29, 2010 by admin

One of the most innovative ideas for a garden shed is using the hull of an old boat. The appearance alone is intriguing, and sinuous. Given the opportunity this is one idea that I will most definitely incorporate into a clients, or my own garden. And if there is space for more than one, the repetition of the shape will surely create a harmonizing effect that will be just short of magical. Such a collection of garden sheds that would undoubtedly be the envy of all.

The inspiration for this idea comes from a photograph on the National Trust website. The image is delightful, and the story accompanying it just as special. The unusual structures made of upturned boats are not only an impressive form of recycling, but certainly are one of the more special designs that one could encounter. And a garden is exactly a place for special items.
